Payments
We currently accept credit cards and e-checks via Paypal and also U.S. money orders. You don't need to have a Paypal account to use Paypal, you can use any credit or debit card with Paypal's secure checkout system. Orders paid via money order or e-check are shipped after payment clears. If you wish to pay by money order, please contact us for payment information and mailing address.
Free Shipping Offer
Currently, we offer Free Shipping for orders totaling more than $95 (tax not included.) Please note that this does not include wholesale or bulk orders, and that orders which total $250 or more or contain heavyweight bulk items will be charged shipping. If your order does not qualify for free shipping, you will receive an invoice for the shipping and handling charge before your order ships. In the event that the shipping is not paid within 48 hours of receipt of invoice, your order will be cancelled and your payment refunded. We reserve the right to end our shipping specials at any time.
Shipping
At this time, we are only shipping to locations within the United States, including Hawaii, the US Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico. Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, First Class Mail, or Parcel Post. We reserve the right to select an alternate carrier, such as UPS or FedEx to deliver any order. We will select the most cost effective shipping method to your location unless you request otherwise.
Although most orders are shipped within 48 hours of payment, please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be shipped (not delivered). We ship from the New York City area in the United States.
International Shipping Requests
We will honor requests for international shipping on a case by case basis. Please send us your contact information as well as the items you are interested in, including the quantity, and we will send you a quote. You can use the contact page on our website or send your inquiry to the email listed at the bottom of this page.
Free Samples Requests
At this time, we are not able to honor requests for free samples, but do encourage you to explore our catalog, which includes some sample/travel-sized sets.
Sales Tax
8% Sales Tax will be added to all orders shipped within New York State.
Returns
We hope that you enjoy our products. We work diligently to make sure that you have a great experience with our products, and we hope that you will choose us again. We love to have great feedback and communication with our customers, so please let us know if there is ever anything we can do to make your shopping experience with us better. Due to the nature of our natural and handcrafted products, we cannot accept returns. We are not responsible for items damaged during shipping, so please inspect your package upon arrival and do not accept it if the packaging appears to have been damaged during transport. Let your carrier know immediately so that a claim can be filed on your behalf. Please contact us as well if your order is damaged, and we will assist you with your damge claim to the extent possible. If, however, we make an error with your order (i.e. wrong item, color, etc.) please let us know within 48 hours of receipt and we will make it right.
